Ben's career progression from field-based environmental inspector to strategic approvals leadership has equipped him with a holistic understanding of project delivery and environmental compliance. He has led the development of primary approvals for renewable hydrogen facilities, managed Environmental Impact Assessment teams for major rail infrastructure, and established environmental management strategies for multi-billion dollar construction programs. His diverse experience includes roles as Approvals Lead for major energy projects, Program Environment Delivery Lead for Inland Rail, and Environment Manager for international construction contractors.
