As Head of Environment for Inland Rail, Tina led teams responsible for delivering primary and secondary approvals, construction management, and regulatory relationships from approvals through to operational handover. She successfully secured major project approvals for multiple Inland Rail sections and developed high-performing environmental teams across all aspects of program delivery. Tina's approach to environmental management is characterised by exceptional organisational capability, schedule-driven delivery, and the ability to adapt rapidly to changing project environments. Her experience spans the development and implementation of Environmental Management Systems, biodiversity offset strategies, and compliance frameworks for major infrastructure programs. With qualifications including an MBA, Master of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, and Postgraduate Diploma in Oil and Energy Resources, Tina provides strategic environmental advice that helps clients meet project requirements while maintaining strong regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
